High in the western sky was
a gorgeous full moon. This photo takes
a bit of license because the
bottom of the arc, in Kokomo was obscured by buildings, not mountains.
Anyway, my mind drifted a bit back to a simpler time and these lyrics:
Shine on, shine on harvest moon up in the sky.
I ain't had no lovin' since January, February, June, or July.
Snowtime ain't no time to stay outdoors and spoon, so shine on,
shine on harvest moon for me and my gal.
Music and lyrics: Edward Madden and Gus Edwards
Great picture, Lynne! Morgan got one of the moon the next day, what a great moon we have this month.
